Dalhousie is a beautiful and serene hill station in the Western Himalayas. It is a getaway to the ancient culture and unspoilt beauty. It is built on and around five hills. It is true that this hill station could not be as popular as Shimla or Darjeeling but one can also not deny that this place has been the zone of private discovery for many intrepid traveller like Rabindranath Tagore and Subhash Chandra Bose. Another fetching aspect of this hill station is that many residents hold this opinion that on aclear night they can spot Lahore beyond the border.
