Day 1 : Arrive Chennai
Arrive at the airport to be met by the company's representative. The travel representative escorts you to the hotel for check in and a traditional welcome. Rest of the day is to spent at leisure. Your overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.

Day 2 : Chennai
After breakfast in the morning, our representative takes you out on a sightseeing tour of Chennai, the capital city of Tamil Nadu. Visit the Kapaleeswarar Temple. Also enjoy the sights at the Marina Beach and visit attractions like Vedanthangal Bird Sanctuary, Fort St George, High Court Complex, George Town, Corporation Complex, Government Museum, National Art Gallery, Kalakshetra etc. Get back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 : Chennai - Mahabalipuram
Today we head to Mahabalipuram (58 km/ 1 hour). On arrival, your guide escorts you to the hotel for check in. Enjoy a post lunch visit to the Shore Temple that is one of the oldest temples in South India. The Arjuna's Penance, the Pancha Pandava Rathas and the Tiger's Cave are the other sites to visit. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4 : Mahabalipuram - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
Today, the travel representative guides you on a drive to Kanchipuram, the 'Temple City'. Explore the ancient temple architecture at the famous Kamakshi Amman Temple and the Kailashanathar Temple that was built in the 8th century. Pay a visit to the Ekambareshwar Temple which is one of the largest temples in the city. The travel assistant also takes you to Kumara Kottam Temple and the Varadaraja Temple. Later, drive back to Mahabalipuram for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5 : Mahabalipuram - Tanjore
After an early morning breakfast, we leave for Tanjore or Thanjavur (309 km/ 7 hours). On arrival, your guide escorts you to the hotel for check in. Enjoy post lunch sightseeing of Tanjore which was the erstwhile stronghold of the Cholas. Visit ancient palaces and museums. Get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 : Tanjore
Today, we enjoy a full day city tour of Tanjore. The erstwhile Chola rulers were great supporters of art and architecture and this patronage can be easily observed by visiting the temples and palaces of the city. Pay a visit to the much talked about Brihadeeswarar Temple that was erected by the Cholas in the 10th century AD. Also visit the Nayak Palace. Your dinner and overnight stay are organised at the hotel.

Day 7 : Tanjore - Trichy - Tanjore
Today, we leave for Trichy to visit the ancient temples that were built by the Pandyas, Cholas and the Hoysalas. The Ranganathaswamy Temple is one of the most popular temples here. Also visit Sri Jambukeswara Temple and the Rock Fort Temple. Later, we drive back to Tanjore for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 : Tanjore - Madurai
We are off to Madurai (183 km/ 4 hours). On the way, you get to visit Karaikudi (Chettinad). On arrival, your travel guide escorts you to the hotel for check. Dinner and overnight stay are organised at the hotel.
Day 9 : Madurai
After breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a sightseeing tour of Madurai. Visit the world renowned Meenakshi Temple. The imposing temple stands in dedication to Goddess Meenakshi, consort of Lord Shiva). Watch and experience the evening Aarti at the temple. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 : Madurai - Rameshwaram
Today, your travel assistant guides you on a drive to Rameshwaram. Pay a visit to the Ramanathaswamy Temple. The temple is considered to be a masterpiece of the Dravidian architecture. The temple is known for its splendid corridors with beautifully sculpted pillars. Also visit the Kothandaraswamy Temple and the legendary Adam's Bridge. Later, the travel guide accompanies you back to the hotel for check in and an overnight stay.

Day 11 : Rameshwaram - Trivandrum
After breakfast in the morning, your guides takes you on a drive to Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala. On arrivals, the guide escorts you to the hotel for check in. Enjoy post-lunch sightseeing of Trivandrum. Visit sites like Kuthiramalika, Museum and the zoo. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 12 : Trivandrum - Chennai
The tour comes to an end and after breakfast, the our representative escorts you to the international airport for your onward journey.
