The resort has 87 rooms including 68 double rooms and 5 suites. Guest rooms are spacious and elegantly appointed. Many of the rooms have uninterrupted views of the Pichola Lake and the City Palace. The large all marble bathrooms have separate shower stalls. The Deluxe Suites and the Maharaja Suite have private swimming pools.

Restaurants
Udaivilas has two restaurants, Surya Mahal and Udai Mahal, serving fine Indian and Continental cuisine.
