Placed in the mesmerising land of Kerala, the Spice Village Hotel has 52 well furnished cottages. The cottages have thatched roofs made of elephant grass and are inspired from the dwellings of the local tribes. Spacious and simply furnished, the cottages have terracotta-tiled floors, wooden furniture and whitewashed walls. With a verandah all round each cottage, it is set on well-demarcated lawn. At the centre of the village is a swimming pool against a background of topical tress and lawns.
There is also the famed Tiffin Room that serves snacks all day long. Furnished with antique furniture, this restaurant also holds cookery classes for its guests.
